Using the website

Use the website lawfully and provide accurate, current information when placing an order, submitting a review, or contacting us. Keep your Google account and devices secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for telling us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must supervise your use and place orders on your behalf. You must have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase contract.

Orders, payments, and custom requests

• Product descriptions, options, and prices are shown on the website and may change. We may correct an obvious listing or pricing error and will contact you if it affects an order.
• An order is not accepted until payment is successfully verified and we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order where an item is unavailable, information is materially incorrect, or a transaction appears fraudulent; we will arrange any required refund.
• Payment is processed by Razorpay under its terms. The amount and any delivery or tax charges applicable to your order will be shown before you authorize payment. Do not send card credentials to us.
• For an existing custom sketch order, you are responsible for the image and instructions you submitted. We may contact you if we need clarification to fulfil it.

Your content and reviews

You must own or have permission to submit any reference image, review, text, or photograph. Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or private information about someone else. You grant us permission to store and use submitted content only as needed to provide the requested service, moderate reviews, and display reviews that we approve. We will not use a private sketch reference as public promotional content without separate permission.

Prohibited activities

• Do not break the law, infringe another person’s rights, commit payment or identity fraud, or submit content you are not authorized to share.
• Do not interfere with the website, probe or bypass security controls, introduce malware, disrupt service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems.
• Do not use automated means to scrape, copy, or overload the website, or use the service to send spam or harmful content.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, design, product photographs, text, and other materials are owned by MillionShades Crafts By Caroline D Souza or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, publish, sell, or commercially exploit website materials without permission. These Terms do not transfer ownership of content you submit.

Third-party services

Sign-in and payment features may rely on Google, Razorpay, or other third-party services. Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for independent third-party services, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections or rights available to you. Disputes will be handled by a competent forum as provided by applicable law.
